2 tbspNutella
100 gmsdark chocolate
50 gmsSugar
as requiredFruits strawberry, orange
2 tbspAmul milk powder
2 tbspMilk

Hung Curd for 3-4 hours in fine cloth.

In a pan add milk,turn on the stove. Add grated chocolate, stir 10 sec. Switch off gas. chocolate sauce is ready.

In a mixing bowl add hung curd freeze 3-4 hour & blend till smooth add 2 tbsp Nutella and 4 tbsp chocolate sauce.

Add Milk powder & sugar powder, take a piping bag fill this shrikhand add arrange in the glass.

Nutella lava Fruits Shrikhand is ready.
