First heat oil in a cooker put chopped garlic, onion, saute little, add all vegetables.

Add turmeric powder, Salt, add water as per desired consistency, I have added 2 cups water. Cover the lid. Keep 3-4 whistles.

After completely steam removed blend it with a hand blender. Make a smooth consistency. Again turn on the gas, keep soup on flame if required can add little butter for creamy texture.
