Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes and remove excess water, cut into pieces

In a kadai add oil, green chilli, mustard and curry leaves.

Add chopped onion and tomato, add salt

Add red chilli powder and bhurjhi masala,add Little water and cook it for 10 minutes in medium flame

Add soya and cook it for 5 minutes,let the masala coat well

Mix everything well and it is ready to eat!! Easy peasy soya bhurji ready!!!
