Take rice flour in a bowl. Add little little leuk warm water and Knead it well to make a soft dough. Keep it aside.L

Now in a grinder take chana daal,green chilli,ginger, cumin seed and very little water. And make a coras paste. Add salt,turmeric powder,asofoedita and mix it. Paste for stuffing is ready.

Now make small balls from the rice dough and roll it slowly on a rolling board like a chapati.

Take a glass and from the edges of glass make small small round shapes cuts on it.

Now take one round piece add chana daal paste in it and fold it. Fill the stuffing in all round pieces in same way.

Now steam it for 10 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minute and the remove it from steamer.

Chana daal pitha is ready. Serve it hot with green chutney.
