Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/4 cupmoong dal
  2. 1/4 cuprice
  3. 1/4 cupbeetroot grated
  4. 1small onion finely chopped
  5. 1small tomato finely chopped
  6. 2 tbspcapsicum finely chopped
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1 pinchblack pepper powder
  9. 1 1/2 cupWater

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak moong dal and rice in enough water for 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes drained the dal.Put all the ingredients in cooker and cook the khichdi for 3 whistles.

    Allow the steam to escape from cooker.

    Serve immediately with the bowl of curd.
