Tofu and mild tasting veggies such as potatoes, cauliflower and zuccini marinate well

Marinate protein over night. Soft veggies 15 minutes. Hard ones 30 to 60 minutes.

Before frying, remove excess liquid patting it dry. Otherwise it won't become crispy.

Use left over marinade as dress for the food or turn it into sauce.
