Ingredients

  • 1 cupBesan (gram flour)
  • 1 table spoonsugar
  • 1/2 table spoonhaldi powder (turmeric powder)
  • 1 tea spoonnamak (salt)
  • 1 tea spooneno without flavour
  • 1/2 cupdahi (curd)
  • TADKA...
  • 4 tbspmustard oil
  • 1/4 teaspoonmustard seed
  • To paint of hing
  • 3-4green chillies
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • Halfteaspoon salt
  • 7-8 curry leaves
  • Green coriander for garnishing (find chopped)

    Mix all ingredients with the help of some water. Then take a tin for streaming.
