Bell Pepper Chutney

Wash bell pepper and tomato. Apply oil and roast them.

Remove from gas, and keep into cold water. Peel them and roughly chopped 5hem

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.

As seeds start crackling, add garlic and curry leaves.

Now add onion saute it for min. Now add tomato and bell pepper.

Mix it well. Cook 2-3 min. Now add all spices. Cook for 2-3 min.

Now add 1/4cup water and jaggery. Cover it and cook 2-3 min. Now off the flame.

Now cool it down and blend it. Our chutney is ready.
