Soak the soya beans and wash

Grind the soya beans to a smooth paste

Use a clean cloth to sieve d milk and discard the chaff

Pour d soya milk in a clean pot and put on the fire

Allow it to start boiling

Soak the alum and pour the water inside the boiling milk, bit by bit so that it will not be too much and makes it taste sour

Use the cloth to collect the upper layer and tie d cloth. leave for some minutes till its come together

Remove and cut to your desired shapes

Soak the salt and stock cubes and coat the awara inside by dipping it each

Fry in a hot oil

Slice the bellpepper and onions to garnish
