Steps

Peel, wash and cut potatoes in small pcs.

Cut onion and tomatoes, slice.

Heat oil, add potatoes, fry 4-5 min:, change it's colour.

Add onion, fry, till onion are golden. (aprox 10min:) cook on low to medium flame.

Now add tomatoes, salt,red chilli powder, green chilli slice and coriander leavs.

Add 1/4 cup water, mix and cover. Cook on low flame for 6-7 min.(or till water dries and potatoes, soft.

Serve with both rice and roti.
