Chana Garlic Sabzi

Boil chana(jinjara) with small quantity of water along with salt to taste amd pinch of turmeric.take some garlic cloves and paste.

Heat the oil in a vessel.Add garlic ginger paste, onions and stir it well till it turns brown. then add tomato to it.

Add garlic cloves to it. Mix them well.
- 4
Add chilli powder,turmeric and garam masala to it.Add salt to taste and kasuri methi.

Mix them well.now add chana to it.
- 6
Garnish it with coriander leaves amd our sabzi is ready to serve.
