Take a pan add oil, add hing into it add mustard seeds add cumin seeds let them splutter and then add curry leaves.

Now add grated veggies mix well add all spices to it.

And now take a bowl add daal add veggies into it, mix well add fruit salt into it and mix well grease the idli mould wth oil pour the batter and steam for 12 mins and serve with chutney.
