Ingredients

  • 1 cupwhite rice
  • Halfcup tigernut
  • to tasteSugar
  • Ginger
  • Halfcup milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice and tigernut for an hour in water

  2. 2

    Wash and blend together with ginger

  3. 3

    Sieve and add sugar to your taste then pour in a pot and stir continuously to boil.

  4. 4

    Add milk and Serve chilled
