Measure out all your ingredients

Add all ingredients apart from the sesame seeds and milk. Mix till well combined.

Add the milk in bits..till the dough comes together

Hard knead till the dough is no longer sticky. Set the dough aside and allow it to proof.

Once proofed, pinch out some balls. Apply egg wash and coat with sesame seeds..let it proof again before baking at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes
