Rice
Chopped onions
Oil
Chopped green pepper
Chopped Red pepper
Chopped spring onions
Chopped carrots
Grinded scotch bonnet
Curry
Seasonings
Chopped green beans

Steps

1

Parboil rice and strain it. Put it inside a pot and cook it well.

Warm the oil and fry the onion. Add the rest of the veggies. Add seasoning and curry
3

Gradually add the cooked rice and at the same time stiring. leave it for five minutes in a low heat.
