I wanted to make a no-bake cheesecake so I thought of this recipe.You can make a fairly dense no-bake cheesecake in a 18 cm mould, but you'll get a taller cake like the one in the photo with a 15 cm one.You can try making this cheesecake with raspberry jelly if you'd prefer.Please try to use a jam that's low in sugar. Here is an eggless no-bake cheesecake, made with plain yoghurt . It is easily made and perfect for days when we crave a good slice of cheesecake.
