A comforting, healthy and delicious mixed vegetable corn soup. This can be had anytime for the day, for breakfast, as part of the meal, starter or for an evening snack.
Steps

Blend half of the corn kernels in a blender and keep aside. Boil chicken with onion, garlic, carrot, salt and green chilli. Take out the chicken pieces and discard the onions and garlic. Mash the carrots.

Cut carrots into small pieces. Take the stock in a vessel and add the carrots, shredded chicken pieces.

Add a tsp soya sauce, vinegar, corn and boil. Add the cornflour slurry to it and let it boil to thick. Add pepper and adjust salt and spice.

Take a bowl beat egg and put a spoon full at a time in the soup and stir the soup(to get strings)

Add the capsicum. Adjust everything. Let it boil.

Enjoy the soup with soyasauce and vinegar with chillies.
