Shezwan Corn Chat/Shezwan Bhutta

I love Shezwan sauce in every Chinese dish.So, once I bought Corns from the market for chat, and I have Shezwan sauce in my fridge. I thought to mix this with corn to give a Chinese texture and flavour.I decided to try this recipe once though it will fail or succeed. And it turns out lips smacking recipe of corn with Shezwan tadka. Then my family including kids also love this Shezwan corn Chat since then. And we always enjoyed this chat.

Steps

Take pan, heat 2 tbsp oil.

Add finely chopped garlic cloves.

Saute for a minute.

Add 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves.saute for a minute

Add Corns,salt and saute for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.

Add 1/2 tbsp Sugar, 1 tbsp chaat masala and mix well.

Add Shezwan sauce as per your choice.

Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.

Turn off gas flame.

Sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves and Spring onions.

Chatpati,sweet, Chinese style Shezwan corn Chat is ready.
