Steps

Wash and Chop onion, ginger, coriander leaves and green chilli. Wash, Chop and grate the carrot.

Mash leftover boiled rice thoroughly. Add mashed potatoes and knead a soft dough. Now add all chopped veggies and dry masalas and mix properly and evenly.

Mix all the ingredients and knead again. Now give it shape of cutlets with your hands. Like wise make all the cutlets.

Heat oil in a karahi and deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also.

Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
