I’ve spent sometime sampling a lot of recipes and finally discovered one that works. It’s very easy and very delicious.
Steps

Prepare two 9 inches pan by rubbing it with butter and dusting with flour (you can use baking spray if you have one). Preheat your oven.

Sieve all dry ingredients(flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder) together except the colour
- 3
Mix wet ingredients together (oil, sugar, eggs, vinegar, yoghurt, flavor)
- 4
Add the colour and mix wet and dry ingredients together.
- 5
Pour into your floured tin and bake for 25 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 6
Allow to cool and decorate or serve.
