Steps

Now take a mixing bowl and add boiled and mashed yam,1 spoon corn flour, grated beet, ginger garlic chilli paste, salt,garam masala, coriander and mix well.

Now add sugar and lemon juice to balance the taste. Then again give a nice mix.

Now make equal size balls from it and press them to make tikkis.

Now in a pan put tikkis and 1-2 spoonS of oil to shallow fry.

Now shallow fry till golden in colour. Then serve with green chutney, tomato ketchup, and herbed cheese dip.
