Parboil the potatoes and cut thick slices. Then fry in hot oil on medium flame till golden in colour

Remove the fried potatoes in a big plate sprinkle dhaniya powder, jeera powder, chilli powder, chat masala and black salt toss it gently so that the masalas coat the fried potatoes well. Remove it in a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves
