Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchickpeas flour
  2. 1/2 cuprice flour
  3. 1 bunchspinach wash and finely chopped
  4. 1 tbspginger chilli garlic paste
  5. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  6. Pinchblack pepper powder
  7. Pinchgaram masala powder
  8. As per taste salt
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspoil for moin
  11. 2 tbspoil for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl take all ingredients(except 2 tbsp oil for shallow fry) and mix well.

    Knead dough (if need add 2 tbs water) keep aside for 5 minutes, then divide into 2 parts and make cylinder shape.

    Now steam into steamer for 10-12 minutes and let it cool. Cut into round pieces and shallow fry from both sides in oil till golden brown.
