Steps

Take Semolina. Add yoghurt and mix well

Add water as required and salt. Keep aside for 15 20 mins

Take a pan. Add oil. When hot add mustard seeds and Jeera. When they splitter add onions

Saute till transculent. Add green chillies and carrots, green peas.

Saute for about 2 mins. Now add capsicum, corns and salt. When done switch off the gas and allow it to cool down.

By that time batter is done. Add water if required and also add the vegetables to it. Add eno and coriander leaves mix well.

Grease appe pan and put the batter. Let it cook on medium flame. After 5 7 mins flip the side.again cook for 3 to 4 mins.

Your healthy appe is ready to served with chutney or sauce of ur choice.
