Steps

Take white flour, salt, ajwain and oil in a big bowl and knead a tight dough with the help of water.

Add 2 drops of green colour to the dough and mix properly.

Divide the dough into small balls.

Roll these balls into matthi like circles.

Make some vertical cuts on the circles and give them the shape of karela as shown in the picture.

Heat oil in a wok. Fry these karelas on medium flame till they turn crisp.

To assemble place the karela in a serving bowl, pour some tamarind chutney, green chutney and yoghurt over it. Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder and cumin powder. Garnish with nylon sev and pomegranate arils.
