Ingredients

  • Half kg jackfruit
  • 200 gmpotatoes
  • 3onion
  • 5-6tomatoes
  • Halfinch of ginger
  • 6 clovesgarlic
  • Oil for tadka
  • Coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the jackfruit and potatoes as per ur choice.

    Take a bowl add water,boil the jackfruit for 10mins.

    Fry the jackfruit in hot oil till it golden brown.

  4. 4

    Make a tadka of ginger, garlic,onion and tomato. Saute them well.add salt, red chilli,garam masala, and dry coriander powder.

    Add fried jackfruit and cut potatoes in tadka add 1 cup of water simmer it untill soft and cooked. Serve hot with chappati.
