Boil the moong dal in a heavy bottom pan for 10 mins.

In a blender, Blend this to a fine paste.

Cut the onion,chilli into small slices. chop the Coriander leaves.

Now, take a bowl. Add maida, salt and mix this. Now add Kalonji seeds. Finally, add the dal paste and mix well to form a dough.

Drain the excess water from the chana matar mix. Put this in a bowl.

Now make small balls and roll this to parathas.

Put the chat masala, red chilli powder, salt, chilli flakes and mix well.

Heat oil/ghee in a pan and heat the parathas.

Serve with chutney or dal.
