Soak the coconut in water for 20 mins, then remove the brown part from back and use only white part.

In a mixer jar, add coconut, green chillies and salt. Grind together to a coarse paste. Add milk and grind to a fine paste.

Transfer the Chutney to bowl. Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and add curry leaves. Pour on Chutney. Serve with Idli, Dosa or Appam.
