Ingredients

  • 3-4potatoes
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1 inchginger
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 glasswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind tomatoes and ginger in a mixture

  2. 2

    Add aloo in the pressure cooker then mixture.

  3. 3

    Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and put 1 glass of the water.

  4. 4

    After 1-2 whistles it's ready... garnish with chopped coriander.
