Ingredients

  • 2 sliceyehuda matzo
  • 2eggs
  • 3 tablespoonwater
  • 1/8 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 tablespoonbutter
  • For topping choose of
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • Jam or jelly
  • Honey

Steps

  1. 1

    Chopped roughly the matzo and sprinkle with water and let it set for a few minutes

    Whisk the eggs good add salt

    Over medium heat add the butter then the matzo and cook for 2 minutes add the eggs keep scrambled with wood spoon cook as your egg desired like I like mine crispy it take about 4 minutes you served it with 1 teaspoon of sugar or jelly or honey enjoy 😉
