  • 100 gmrice
  • 1 kgmilk
  • 500 gmsugar
  • 50 gmraisins
  • 50 gmcashew
  • 50 gmalmonds
  • 25 gmdry coconut

Steps

    Cook the rice in milk...

    In the mean time when the rice is being cooked... cut the dry fruits and grind it in a mixer..with some milk...

    When the rice is cooked add the mixture and mix the sugar and khoya and let it cook till thickens...

    Tasty Kheer is ready to serve..
