Take a pan add oil heat it add mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, chopped green chilli fry it well make it cool & add salt, sugar mix it well.

Next step take a curd & remove lumsum add water to it make ambar or Chas.

Next step add chas to a tadka. Mix it well & serve it with rice.
