Chana daal and aloo Kay kabab

Make a pouch of cloth including all whole spices and ginger garlic as well and boil this pouch with Chana daal in water. Add red chillies and salt as well.

Boil potatoes and remove skin. Than keep a side.

When daal become soft and all water dried out. Take out pouch of spices and discard it.

When daal become cool than chopperize it. Take out in bowl and add meshed potatoes into it.

Now add corn flour, fresh coriander, green chillies, chat masala, whole spice powder into daal and potato mixture and mix well. Add chopped onions as well.

Make kababs of desire size. Dip in beaten egg than coat with bread crumbs. Keep in refrigerator to get that set for 1/2 hour

Shallow fry them in heated oil on medium heat till golden brown. Than dish out and serve
