Ingredients

  1. Boiled arrowroot(nduma)
  2. Onion
  3. Hoho
  4. Spices (black pepper, paprika, thyme)
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. Eggs
  7. Oil/butter/margarine
  8. Broccoli

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions. Add spices and then the hoho and broccoli and toss.

    Reduce heat, add some butter and simmer for 2 minutes.

    Add nduma and fry on both sides till brown. Fry the eggs separately
