Steps

Peel and chop the beetroot into cubes.

In a grinder add chopped beetroot, sugar, jaljeera, black salt, lemon juice, little. Water and some ice cubes.

Grind them to make a fine paste.

Now strain this mixture with the help of a strainer.

For serving add ice cubes in a glass. Pour this mixture 1/2of glass this. Then add water to it.

Beet root shikanji is ready. Serve it chilled.
