Ingredients

4 People
  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 1 tspchili powder
  3. 1/2 tspground paprika
  4. 1/2 tspground cumin
  5. Dashsalt
  6. Dashpepper
  7. 4large flour tortillas
  8. 4street taco sized tortillas
  9. 4tostada shells
  10. 1 cupsour cream
  11. 2 cupsshredded lettuce
  12. 1 cupchopped tomatoes
  13. 2 cupsMexican cheese
  14. 1 tspvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Place skillet on the stove and set the burner to medium heat. Cook the beef in the skillet and mix the spices into the beef.

  2. 2

Once the beef is finished, drain the extra juices from the beef. Lay out a large flour tortilla. Place the beef on top of the tortilla with a little of the cheese. Then place one of the tostadas on top of the beef and cheese.

  3. 3

Spread some sour cream on top of the tostada.

  4. 4

Next, layer some lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese on top of that.

  5. 5

Top that off with a street taco sized tortilla.

  6. 6

Next comes the most important part. Wrap the large tortilla around the rest of the ingredients. Be sure to crimp the edges. It should look like the picture (DONT PUT IT IN THE SKILLET LIKE THIS)

  7. 7

Now, put a dab of olive oil on the skillet and place the whole wrap on the skillet with the flaps DOWN. Try and keep all of the flaps tight and crimped. The burner should still be at medium heat. Set the timer for 3 minutes.

  8. 8

At 3 minutes, flip the wrap over for another 3 minutes. Then take it off and enjoy!
