Steps

Peel &cut the pumpkin pieces. Boiled the pumpkin & makes a puree.

Add rice flour, milk powder, coconut, green cardamom powder, salt &brown sugar,a pinch baking soda mix well to makes a cake batter.

Heat a kadhai put salt,put a stand preheat 10mints. Greased a cake mould pour the pumpkin batter put the mould on preheated kadhai cover it &bake it 35 mints on low medium flame.

Pumpkin cake is ready.
