  • 450 gself raising flour
  • 250 gsugar
  • 250 gMagarine
  • 1/4 tspbaking powder
  • Strawberry essence
  • 4eggs
  • 240 mlmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift your flour and baking powder and set aside. Measure sugar and oil and mix together. Add eggs to the mixture

    Add the sifted flour. Mix. Add the milk and strawberry essence.

    Grease your baking tin and add the batter

  4. 4

    Bake at 180°c for 40 minutes
