Steps

First wash and boil the mutton in pressure cooker adding turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste until 3 whistles

Let it cool down then open the lid and let’s start frying

Take a pan add oil keep it on low flame and add few cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chilli’s then in two minutes add the Mutton boiled take only some amount of soup from mutton

Then add red chilli powder, Garam masala powder,lime juice and keep it on high flame let it dry completely until the mutton colour turns golden then off the flame

Dish it out with garnish of coriander leaves. And serve hot
