Put for Pre heat the vessel on low flame for 15 min. Grease the mould.

In a kneading bowl add flour, ENO, Powder sugar.

Add salt, mix all dry ingredients properly. Now add curd.

Mix it and start adding warm Water slowly and knead the dough.

Will get soft and Netty dough now add 1 spoon oil and start kneading the dough in middle add oil where ever it's needed. Till u get soft and non sticky dough.

Some around I need 3 tbsp oil. To get the perfect dough. Now make equal parts of it. Get round clean shape with Ur hand and place it in the mould. Get all round balls done.

Stick sesame seeds on each buns. Now apply oil on all buns. If u want u can wash with milk also.

Place the tin in the preheated vessel. Close the lid. Put it on high flame for 10 min and medium flame for 15-20 min. After first 10 min check it once. Than after 20 min. Buns are done. Take the tin out and put it on rack to cool down. Once tin get cool take out the buns on rack.

See the back golden and soft. See the sides. It's fluffy. Use this buns/ pav for Dabeli, vadapav, pav bhaji or just apply Butter and have it. It is super Delicious and upfilling.

If u want golden crust on the top then put the buns for baking on high flame totally.
