Pizza Burgers

My sister in law made these for a Super Bowl party one year. They are now a go to dish for our Super Bowl and New Year's Eve parties. Easy to make and a crowd pleaser.

Steps
- 1
Brown ground beef using salt and pepper to season the meat while cooking.
- 2
Drain off fat.
- 3
Add the can of tomato soup, Velveeta cheese and Miricle Whip.
- 4
Heat the mixture over meduim heat. Stir slowly until cheese is melted and everything is mixed well.
- 5
Open hamburger buns and place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. (I usually have enough mixture for 7 hamburger buns or 14 halfs)
- 6
Spoon the ground beef / cheese mixture onto the hamburger bun halfs. Top with pepperoni slices if you wish. (I usually use 3 slices of normal pepperoni slices or 7-8 pieces of mini slices per bun)
- 7
Broil in oven until top is golden brown. Take care not to burn the bottom of the buns.
- 8
Let cool 2 or 3 minutes before eating.
