Firstly boil chap for 5 mint and drain. Remove stick and cut.

Heat oil in kadhai.Fry Chap in medium heat oil and keep aside.

Peel onions and roughly chopped.Chop tomatoes,ginger, garlic.

Take a pan heat oil add chopped onions and saute.Add ginger and garlic and stir.Add chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes soft.

Let it cool and paste them in mixer grinder.

In same pan heat oil add paste and saute for 5 mint.Add all dry spices and chap masala.Add fryied Chap,milk and malai and cook in simmer for 10 mint.Off the flame and serve with rice,naan,roti.
