Ingredients

  • 2 cupswhipping cream
  • I cup of condensed milk
  • Coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate your coconut,place whipping cream in your mixing bowl,whip to stiff peaks.

  2. 2

    Add in condensed milk and beat on low speed until incorporated.

  3. 3

    Add grated coconut and fold.

  4. 4

    Transfer into a container,top with some extra grated coconut and freeze for at least 5 hours.
