Ingredients

  • 1 cupraw peanuts
  • 1 tbspbesan
  • 1 tbsprice flour
  • 1 tspcornflour
  • 1 pinchbaking powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspkala namak
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • 1 tspdegi mirch
  • 1 tbspkasuri methi

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl take peanuts and add all flours and dry masalas and mix well by adding little water.

    Now fry on medium low flame till golden brown in colour.

    Fry till they turn out crispy and serve with hot tea or coffee.
