Fry the onions and garlic

Add mince and brown

Add carrots and cook for 1min

Add stock, purée, chopped tomatoes, 2 can of water, pepper and herbs. Bring to the boil and simmer for 50min or until most of liquid has gone

For the cheese source, add the milk, flour and butter to a pan. Heat and keep stirring until thickened.

Take off the heat and add the 150g cheese, stir until cheese melted

Later in dish: meat, lasagna, sauce, lasagna, repeat. Finish with the sauce layer. You should get 3 sets of layers out of the ingredients

Sprinkle remaining cheese over too

Cook at 200oC for 40min. Once cooked leave to cook for 10min before serving
