Ingredients: 2 cups boiled jackfruit seeds; 1 large sized boiled potato; 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves; 1/2 cup chopped onion; 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli; 1 tsp kashmir red chilli powder; 2 tbsp besan; 2 tbsp lemon juice; Pinch turmeric powder; to taste Salt; as required Oil for shallow fry

2 cupsboiled jackfruit seeds
1large sized boiled potato
1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves
1/2 cupchopped onion
1/2 tspchopped green chilli
1 tspkashmir red chilli powder
2 tbspbesan
2 tbsplemon juice
Pinchturmeric powder
to tasteSalt
as requiredOil for shallow fry

Take a mixing bowl and mash boil potato and boil jackfruit seeds.

Now add all the ingredients except oil and mix well.

Heat a pan and grease with oil and make round flat shape of mixture in your hand and shallow fry both the sides
4

Sprinkle little oil in between and cook till golden brown or till cook, serve hot with rice as a side dish
