Pour 1cup oil in pan, add chopped onions and fry them till Brown colour, then add chicken and ginger garlic paste, fry it,

Now add Salt, red pepper 1 tbsp, half tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 3 Tomatoes and little water, cook it on slow flame for 5-10 minutes.

Add water according to rice, add cinnamon, cardamom, large Brown cardamom, and boil water, now add rice(already soaked in water). Cook until water gets dry. Now cover pan, keep on low flame for 5 minutes. Your pulao is ready
