Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgBottle gourd
  • 2 cupsMilk
  • 1+ 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cupGhee
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 1 cupkhoya
  • 1 cupnuts
  • Sugar garnishing optional

Steps

  1. 1

    First wash and peel bottle gourd

    Then shred all bottle gourd now take milk and sugar and ghee, sugar and cardamom powder alsoset aside

    Now in a pan heat the milk. When milk come to boil add all shredded bottle gourd and cook on a slow flame then when milk comes to disappear then add sugar and cook again

  4. 4

    When sugar completely dissolve and water disappear add ghee into it and bhoonofy till ghee separates from the halwa

  5. 5

    Then in end add khoya and half of nut mix for 1 minute on slow flame. Now in end serve with nut khoya and sugar garnishing.
