Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice flour
  • Pinchsalt
  • as requiredWater
  • 1/4 cupGrated coconut

Steps

    In a mixing bowl take rice flour, add salt. Mix it

    Sprinkle water little give a mix. No need to knead it. Just the flour should be moist.After that hold the flour in hand if it give shape it's correct consistency.

    These is a puttu steamer. If u don't have these you can also make it in idli cooker.By adding the flour into glass

    Now close the lid. When the vapour comes out switch off the gas.

    Serve it. Usually, we serve it with cooked moong dal, papad, banana and sugar.
