Cooking Instructions

Steam raw bananas and beetroot in a steamer.Can be boiled too. Don't let beetroot and bananas turn mushy.

After beetroot cools down. Grate it. Mash the bananas and mix together.

Add chopped spinach, chopped onions, green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, chat masala and salt. Add rice flour. Mix well.

Mix together and form dough.

Shape into round tikkis.Shallow fry.

Serve hot.
